How does the retry logic work?
We use exponential backoff — each retry waits progressively longer (1s, 2s, 4s, 8s…) up to 10 attempts, preventing thundering herd issues while maximizing delivery success.
Which webhook providers are supported?
Any HTTP/HTTPS endpoint works — Stripe, GitHub, Shopify, Twilio, or your own custom webhooks. If it sends a POST request, we can monitor and retry it.
